This is a Full-time Job for a Tender Filling Executive at Gupta Industrial Gases Pvt. Ltd., Hisar. The Tender Filing Executive will be responsible for preparing tender folder and technical bids, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as the sales team, and following up on pre & post-tendering activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in preparing tender documents, commercial proposals, and filing tenders both online and offline
- Knowledge of procedures and documentation requirements for tender filing and tender websites such as CPP portal, E-procurement websites, etc.
- Familiarity with MS Office and tally accounting software.




- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the industrial gases sector is a plus.
