We work with suppliers, contractors, interior designers, and businesses to ensure construction and interior materials move faster, smoother, and with significantly less chaos.

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving operational problems every single day.

This is a high ownership role focused on execution, coordination, fulfilment, logistics, and operational problem-solving.

What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming B2B orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for getting orders fulfilled.
- Align with logistics and delivery partners for smooth movement of material.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups across stakeholders to avoid delays and breakdowns.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and trackers.
- Identify leakages, bottlenecks, delays, and process gaps.
- Work directly with founders to solve operational challenges.
- Ensure customers and partners remain updated through the fulfilment journey.




- Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving daily operations.
