Job Summary

Kennith is a rapidly growing design and build firm based in Kochi, offering end-to-end solutions across architecture, interior design, and turnkey project execution. We specialize in creating thoughtfully designed spaces that combine aesthetics, functionality, and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed interior bookings through effective follow-ups and client meetings
- Meet prospective clients, understand their interior requirements, and present suitable modular interior solutions
- Coordinate and build strong relationships with architects, builders, designers, and channel partners
- Conduct site visits, showroom presentations, and design discussions with clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly booking targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion
- Stay updated on interior materials, finishes, hardware, and market trends




- Represent the company professionally and confidently during meetings and negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to good knowledge of interior design concepts, modular interiors, and materials available in the market
- Strong ability to close deals and convince clients to finalize interiors with Kennith
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident personality with solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and work in a result-oriented sales environment
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Willingness to meet clients, architects, and attend networking meetings

Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales (interior / real estate / related field preferred)
- Experience in interior or modular furniture sales will be a strong advantage
