Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily interior site work and labor activities
- Execute projects according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, wallpaper, glass, and furniture installation works
- Ensure proper quality control and finishing standards at the site
- Check measurements and prepare site progress reports regularly
- Monitor material usage and maintain stock records
- Ensure project completion within the scheduled timeline and budget
- Solve site-related technical and execution issues efficiently
- Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness
- Attend client meetings and provide work progress updates




- Coordinate with purchase and production teams for smooth workflow
- Inspect completed work before final handover

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior execution
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, showroom, or modular interior projects preferred

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and 3D designs
- Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and finishing works
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and project reporting
- Understanding of site measurements and BOQ
