Interior Site Supervisor - Job Description

Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior site work and labor activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site
- Maintain site safety and discipline
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly
- Handle site measurements and material requirements
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Solve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
- Check finishing works such as carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and furniture installation

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering,



or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior site supervision
- Knowledge of interior materials and execution process
- Ability to read drawings and site layouts
- Positive communication and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
