ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay on OPD floor & manage smooth flow of appointments during the shift
- Patient appointment tracking and scheduling efficiently
- Direct interaction with patients to greet them at the time of arrival
- Good computer knowledge and adaptability to software programs
- Assisting walk-in patients with appointments
- Patient documents and data management
- Independently respond to patient queries and resolve issues
- Comply with the quality of service policy of the organization
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily cash to accounts at end of shift

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
