Duties
- Check the product specs and check raw materials on the machine accordingly
- Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for productive use loaded on the machine and ready to use
- Set up machines to start a production cycle
- Start the machine and check the product output is as per specification
- Effectively monitor production quality, quantity.
- Assist the technicians and materials clerk as necessary
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
- Maintain a safe and clean work space as per 5S
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically and fix issues that might occur during the shift and issues to be reqularly reported to the Maintainance and production heads
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Manage the machine operating team




- Effectively maintain activity logs for documentation purpose

Requirements:
- Knowledge of mechanical tools and use of those tools
- Problem solving skills of the mechanical tools and able to solve running issues of the machinery
- Eduction of ITI Machine operator or line lead
- 0 - 1 years experience as a machine operator lead.
- Leadership experience ( ability to lead the team and keep them in line of company guide lines and operations)
- Problem Solving Skills: Machine operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
- Attention to Detail: Machine operators will work with precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error. Keen attention to detail is required.
- Analytical Skills: Machine operators will need to read and understand core problems, reporting the right issue, checking as per product specs
