Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle day-to-day coordination
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of services/projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client expectations effectively
- Manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure issue resolution
- Maintain solid client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Prepare and share reports, updates, and documentation with clients
- Support business development and upselling opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction and service quality at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
