Monitor and control food & beverage costs as per budget and standard recipes
- Analyze cost variances and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and issuing with proper controls
- Ensure FIFO, portion control, and wastage prevention
- Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, and pricing accuracy
- Maintain data in POS and inventory systems
- Conduct physical inventories and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B; teams
- Support audits and ensure compliance with 5-star hotel standards

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,210.56 - ₹40,441.74 per month
