Job description Housekeeping Operations
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, gardens, and Rocco Forte spaces
- Ensure rooms and public areas meet luxury and Rocco Forte hospitality standards
- Develop and implement SOPs aligned with Rocco Forte conservation requirements
- Schedule and supervise cleaning activities with mínimal disturbance to guests

Rocco Forte Preservation & Care
- Ensure safe handling, cleaning, and maintenance of heritage furniture, artifacts, paintings, woodwork, stone flooring, and antiques
- Coordinate with conservation experts when required
- Train staff on heritage-sensitive cleaning techniques and materials
- Maintain records of conservation and special care procedures

Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure prompt handling of guest requests, special preferences, and complaints
- Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations for VIP and special occasion setups
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness and ambiance

Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage linen, uniforms,



cleaning supplies, and heritage-safe materials
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure optimal inventory levels
- Control departmental expenses while maintaining quality standards
- Liaise with vendors for eco-friendly and Rocco Forte-approved products

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, fire, and environmental standards
- Implement pest control and waste management programs
- Maintain safety protocols for staff and guests, especially in heritage structures

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance of rooms and Rocco Forte areas
- Work closely with F&B; and Events teams for setups and special functions
- Prepare daily reports, monthly budgets, and cleanliness audits

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
