We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage order execution from sampling handover to shipment. The role involves close coordination with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Time and Action (T&A;) Calendar based on order process flow and monitor activities to ensure on-time execution.
- Track order progress and follow up with departments running behind schedule.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) based on approved tech packs and hand over material requirements to the sourcing department.
- Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing and execution of trims/accessories and follow up for timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain production files including tech packs, approvals, samples, swatches, buyer comments, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct Pre-Production (PP) meetings with production and quality teams to discuss style construction, PCD, production planning, and handover of production files.




- Share production files with the quality team and ensure alignment on standards.
- Provide approvals for printing, embroidery, washing, and other subcontracting processes.
- Monitor order execution to ensure production is running as per plan.
- Coordinate with buyers or buying houses for clarifications during production.
- Provide technical and workmanship clarifications to production and quality teams as required.
- Coordinate with buying house QA or third-party QA for initial, mid, and final inspections.
- Liaise with shipping and documentation teams to ensure timely dispatch of approved shipments.
- Maintain style status reports and update top management and buyer representatives regularly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
