Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi)
- B.Ed. - Mandatory:
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at middle / secondary level (CBSE preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi for Classes VI to X as per CBSE curriculum
- Plan and deliver effective, student-centric lesson plans
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills:
- Prepare worksheets, question papers, and teaching aids
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain academic records
- Prepare students for internal exams and board-oriented assessments
- Encourage language appreciation through activities, debates, and recitations
- Provide remedial and enrichment support as required
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school events
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress
- Follow school policies, CBSE norms,
and academic timelines
