Role Overview
A Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail or warehouse store. This role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate stock records.
Your primary mission:
Get B.Bath into the right families across India.
This includes:
- Baby & mother stores
- Premium lifestyle & concept stores
- Hotels, cafés, spas & HoReCa partners
- Events, pop-ups, exhibitions & curated retail experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Tracking & Market Feedback
- Maintain a robust retail pipeline and follow-up discipline.
- Share insights on pricing, competition, shelf placement, and demand.
Track conversions from trials to repeat orders.
Pay: ₹375,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
