Key Responsibilities:1️ Teaching & Academic Duties
- Teach Science to primary classes (Grade 1 to 5).
- Prepare and deliver engaging, activity-based lesson plans.
- Explain basic scientific concepts in simple and practical ways.
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations suitable for young learners.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.

2️ Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and ensure a protected learning environment.
- Encourage curiosity, questioning, and active participation.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.

3️ Student Development
- Develop observation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Encourage project-based and experiential learning.
- Promote environmental awareness and scientific temperament.

4️ Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance and academic records.




- Prepare progress reports and communicate with parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Support school activities, exhibitions, and science fairs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) preferably in Science.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - Mandatory (as per school norms).
- CTET/TET qualified (as required).

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creativity in conducting experiments and activities.
- Patience and child-friendly approach.
- Basic computer skills and smart board handling.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
