Key Responsibilities
- Plan raw material procurement based on BOM and approved production plans
- Track supplier lead times and maintain appropriate buffer stock for all critical materials
- Raise and schedule purchase orders in advance to avoid production stoppages
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations, dispatches, and delivery timelines
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and working capital blockage
- Coordinate daily with production and stores teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Flag risks related to material shortages and propose corrective actions in advance

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment or accessory manufacturing merchandising or supply planning
- Strong knowledge of material consumption, trims, elastics, fabrics, and accessories
- Good working knowledge of Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams
- Practical, factory-floor oriented and problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,510.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month
