Assistant Production Incharge (Garment Exports)

We are a leading garment export house seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Production Incharge to join our technical team. We are looking for a leader who understands the fast-paced nature of export manufacturing and can drive efficiency from the cutting floor to the final shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage the entire production lifecycle, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and shipment.
- Technical Leadership: Lead pre-production (PP) meetings with the technical and quality teams to ensure all specifications are met.
- Floor Management: Supervise tailors and production staff to meet daily targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strategic Planning:



Implement production schedules and exercise effective leadership to ensure timely deliveries.
- Quality Control: Deep understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and export-quality finishing.
- Industry Experience:Mandatory previous experience working in a garment export house.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of garment stitching, technical construction, and fabric behavior.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams, solve problems on the floor, and achieve production goals.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
