Create architectural/structural designs & drawings based on customer input and feedback
- Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients
- Adhere to all industry standards in design, Bye Laws, Codes.
- Preparation of Municipal drawings as per city bye laws.
- Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs
- Prepare and execute client contracts pursuant to specific consultations

Qualifications and skills:
- 1+ years’ experience working in residential/commercial architectural design
- 3 years Diploma in Architecture/Civil
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Photoshop & Sketup/any other 3d software highly desirable
- Advanced communication skills
- Willingness to travel within 100-Km radius of Lucknow

Job Location: Jankipuram, Khurram Nagar, Telibagh Lucknow (UP).

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
