Designation: Accounts Executive

Work Responsibilities:
Ø Prepare quarterly MTD VAT returns on bookkeeping software

Ø Prepare quarterly management accounts for VAT clients

Ø Prepare year-end account working papers

Ø Prepare self-assessment tax returns

Ø Preparing client queries for routine tasks

Ø Work on ad-hoc tasks as presented for any client

Ø Respond to HMRC tax enquiries

Ø Access client’s online tax accounts or agent portal to reconcile tax balances

Ø Maintain updated books for any bookkeeping clients as per frequency of reporting

Ø Produce formatted trial balance, full set of accounts, corporation tax computation and tax return

Ø Update finalised year end accounts across CCH, bookkeeping software and working papers

Ø Filing of accounts and tax returns with Companies House & HMRC

Ø Prepare year-end journals for client





Ø Make calls with HMRC for any client tax issues

Ø Send all work done for review to Team Leader

Qualification Criteria:
Ø Should have positive analytical skills and produce quality work as defined by the management

Ø Communication skills in line with requirements of job responsibility

Ø Must have good research skills to independently execute tasks with little guidance

Ø Proficient in all accounting systems and software’s in use (Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Taxcalc)

Ø 1-3 years of experience in UK accounting

Location: Naranpura, Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
