Job Title: Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executivewho will be responsible for end-to-end individual sales performance. This role is focused purely on sales calling, lead conversion, and achieving individual targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective follow-ups
- Meet and exceed assigned individual sales targets:
- Attend internal sales meetings and provide regular updates
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales calling and lead conversion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented workplace

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
