Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified School Counsellor to support students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being. The counsellor will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a positive and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
- Identify students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges and develop support plans.
- Conduct workshops on mental health, life skills, career awareness, and stress management.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and well-being.
- Maintain confidential student records and counselling reports.
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture.





Educational Qualification:
- PG/ M.B.A and Degree/ Diploma in Child Psychology.

Skills Required:
- Solid interpersonal and listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school counselling preferred

Salary:Rs. 70000/- + EPF + Gratuity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
