We are looking for motivated and optimistic individuals to join our team as Sales Agents (Advisors). In this role, you will be responsible for business development and helping clients plan their financial goals through our life insurance products. This position offers a path to unlimited wealth with a regular income stream and a clear career progression into management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Conduct at least 3 client calls daily to generate new business leads.
- Goal Setting: Help clients with income planning and setting long-term financial goals.
- Performance: Aim to achieve a Minimum Threshold Performance (MTP) of ₹15,000 WFYP (Weighted First Year Premium) per month to be considered an "Active Agent".
- Team Participation: Attend regular office meetings and participate in both offline and online training sessions to build your knowledge and skills.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and persistency rates (minimum 85% required).

Requirements:
- Time Commitment:



Ability to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per day to business activities.
- Mindset: Must be optimistic, responsible, and have a strong eagerness to earn money.
- Effort: Willingness to attend at least one team meeting per week and attend the office regularly.
- Education: While not specified for entry, progression to Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) requires a minimum of a 10+2 pass.
