Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct audit calls to customers to ensure service quality and collect feedback.
- Respond to 5-star ratings and customer reviews with qualified and positive replies.
- Maintain customer interaction records and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth appointment execution.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
- Maintain good customer relations.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and data entry.
- Prior customer service or telecalling experience for minimum 6months to 1year is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
