Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and understand their requirements
- Display and explain products, offers, and pricing clearly
- Recommend suitable products to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Prepare bills using POS system / manual billing
- Collect cash, UPI, card payments and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area
- Arrange and replenish products on display shelves
- Pack items properly as per customer request
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Support stock checking and daily sales reporting if required
