Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with orders, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments (cash, credit, debit), and provide accurate change.
- Order Taking: Listen to and comprehend customer orders accurately.
- Point of Sale (POS) System: Utilize the POS system for transactions.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and work station.
- Merchandise Assistance: Help customers locate items and provide information about products.
- Upselling: Suggest additional products or services to customers.
- Restocking: Assist with stocking and rotating merchandise.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues and concerns, and escalate complex problems to a manager.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure productive operations.
- Following Procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹8,655.33 - ₹23,313.13 per month
