Responsibilities:
- Serve ice cream and desserts to customers politely
- Take customer orders and handle billing/cash counter
- Maintain cleanliness of the parlour, counters, and seating area
- Prepare and restock ice cream and toppings
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle customers’ queries and provide excellent service
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Prior experience in food service is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
