Role: SEO Specialist / Senior SEO Executive
Level: Individual Contributor (High Ownership Role)
Reporting To: Founder / Marketing Lead
Location: Work From Office

Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist who understands the challenges of a startup setting and is comfortable working independently with mínimal hand-holding. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and experimentation.

You will be responsible for building and scaling CompleteTrip’s organic presence across search engines by implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. You will work closely with content, tech, and product teams to ensure SEO is embedded into everything we build.

What You Will Be Doing

SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategy to grow organic traffic for travel-related pages (flights, hotels, destinations, holidays).
- Take ownership of on-page, off-page,



and technical SEO initiatives.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research for destinations, routes, hotels, and travel intent queries.
- Work with content writers to create and optimize SEO-driven landing pages, blogs, and guides.
- Improve rankings for high-intent and long-tail keywords.

Technical SEO
- Perform regular technical audits (site structure, indexing, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals).
- Coordinate with developers to implement SEO fixes and best practices.
- Ensure SEO readiness for new pages, features, and releases.

Link Building & Authority Growth
- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Identify partnership, outreach, and content-led backlink opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse organic performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
