Role Overview
- The IT Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user support. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, data security, and mínimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees (hardware, software, network issues)
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security patches
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, firewall management, and compliance with IT policies
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, AMC, and support
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking (LAN/WAN), and system administration
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge of firewall, VPN, and network security tools
- IT certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, etc.)
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and data backup procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
