Role Overview
The Command Centre Executive is responsible for real-time monitoring, coordination, and reporting of operational activities through centralized systems. The role ensures timely incident response, effective communication, and adherence to defined SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor systems, dashboards, CCTV feeds, GPS, or operational tools in real time
- Identify, log, and escalate incidents as per defined SOPs and escalation matrix
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders during incidents
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups until closure
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and proper shift handover documentation
- Handle emergency situations calmly and ensure protocol compliance
- Maintain confidentiality and follow operational guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in a command centre / control room / monitoring role
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with CCTV, GPS tracking, or incident management tools
- Knowledge of SOPs, escalation matrices, and reporting standards
- Multilingual communication skills
Work Conditions

- Desk-based command centre role
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
