YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with my manager to identify solutions to customer issues.
- Actively work together with other store functions to continuously improve the shopping experience for our customers in order to drive sustained long-term profitability.
- Listen to feedback from customers when it is given and ensure passing this on to my manager.




- Help and support my colleagues when needed and share knowledge with them and encourage them to do the same.
- Know about the services offered in my store and use this knowledge to help customers.
- Be a good ambassador for the IKEA store in all contact with our customers and I give them a good reason to return again and again.
