Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Design and decorate custom cakes as per customer requirements.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and bulk orders

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, fondant work, and icing.
- Creativity in designing customized cakes.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Team player with valuable communication skills.
