- Lead the complete admissions cycle from enquiry generation to final enrollment
- Actively convert walk-in, telephonic, and digital enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Conduct persuasive parent counseling and center walkthroughs highlighting value proposition
- Achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain and analyze enquiry, conversion, and admission data
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion ratios

2. Marketing & Lead Management
- Coordinate with corporate marketing teams on local promotions and campaigns
- Support digital marketing initiatives and lead response processes
- Represent the center at events, roadshows, and community outreach programs
- Ensure strong brand presentation and parent experience at the center

3. Parent Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a premium, trust-driven parent experience from first interaction to enrollment
- Address parent concerns confidently to close admissions

4. Academic & Program Positioning
- Effectively present curriculum, pedagogy, and child development outcomes to parents
