We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychological Counselor to support our students' socio-emotional development. In accordance with updated CBSE guidelines, this role focuses on mental health advocacy, crisis intervention, and fostering a supportive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Individual & Group Counseling: Conduct sessions to address students' emotional, social, and behavioral concerns, including stress, anxiety, and peer pressure.
- Mental Health Advocacy: Organize workshops and seminars for students and parents on topics like bullying, time management, and emotional resilience.
- Crisis Intervention: Act as the primary point of contact for students in emotional distress and facilitate communication between students, parents,



and school administration.
- Teacher Collaboration: Consult with teachers to identify students with learning or behavioral challenges and develop supportive classroom strategies.
- Confidential Documentation: Maintain secure and professional records of counseling sessions and assessments.
- Sensitization: Educate the school community on inclusivity, equity, and student privacy rights.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
