- Handle and care for children aged 2-4 years
- Plan fun learning activities and classroom routines
- Teach basic concepts like colors, numbers, rhymes, and social skills
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the classroom
- Communicate regularly with parents about child progress
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and good habits
