Job Description - Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static creatives for:
- Website banners
- E-commerce platforms
- Create short-form video creatives for:
- Product listings
- Ads and promotional campaigns
- Develop conversion-focused creatives aimed at improving CTR and engagement:
- Use AI tools for image and video editing to speed up production and improve quality
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and performance improvement
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to align creatives with campaign goals

Required Skills:
- Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, color, typography)
- Experience with static and video design:




- Familiarity with AI-based design/editing tools:
- Understanding of how creatives impact clicks, engagement, and conversions:
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
