Job Summary

The Mind Lab Executive will support the documentation, reporting, and digital presentation of psychological interventions conducted within the Mind Lab wing. The role involves creating structured, ethical, and audience-appropriate reports and content based on psychological interventions, which will be published on digital platforms for awareness, education, and engagement.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in mental health, psychology, research communication, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting psychological interventions, therapy modules, workshops, and mental health programs conducted by clinicians.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and ethical reports based on interventions, outcomes, and observations (without breaching confidentiality).
- Coordinate with psychologists, therapists,



and the Mind Lab team to ensure content accuracy and clinical alignment.
- Ensure all published material adheres to mental health ethics, consent norms, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain organised records of reports, drafts, approvals, and published content.
- Assist in basic research, proofreading, and content formatting as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology.
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or academic exposure to mental health settings is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of psychological interventions and mental health terminology.

Required Skills:
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to simplify psychological concepts for the general public.
- Good attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ethical sensitivity when handling mental health-related information.
- Willingness to learn clinical documentat
