Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients across assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and expand customer base in the manufacturing, industrial, and laboratory segments.
- Perform territory-wise customer mapping and competitor analysis.

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Present, promote, and sell company products to prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to close sales successfully.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, volume, and collection targets.





Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt response to queries, complaints, and service issues.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships.

Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint, manage, and support dealers and distributors for market expansion.
- Drive dealer performance through training, motivation, and joint customer visits.
- Monitor distributor sales, stock levels, and market coverage.

Product Promotion & Market Development
- Promote company products through demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Coordinate with company representatives and technical teams for product promotion activities.
