Job Role:
- Manage and update e-commerce platform (product listing, pricing, stock).
- Handle IT / ELV / electronics product uploads and online inquiries.
- Coordinate basic digital marketing activities and online promotions.
- Support customers for orders, delivery status, and product queries.
Experience Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Experience in IT / electronics / security products preferred.
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce / Shopify / similar platforms.
Location:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
