Job Title: Barista
Location: Baner, Pune

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Operate coffee machines and equipment properly
- Take customer orders and handle billing
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and seating area
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service
- Upsell café items when appropriate
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista (preferred)
- Knowledge of espresso-based drinks
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Well-groomed and friendly personality
- Ability to work in shifts
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
