Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customised FIT quotations for European destinations (Schengen & Non-Schengen)
- Design detailed itineraries including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, rail passes, and attractions
- Coordinate with European DMC partners, hotels, and suppliers for rates and availability
- Perform accurate costing and pricing as per client requirements and budgets
- Ensure timely delivery and revisions of quotations based on feedback
- Maintain updated Europe hotel and service rate contracts
- Support sales teams with destination expertise and product knowledge
- Ensure accuracy in inclusions, exclusions, visa notes, and cancellation policies
- Assist in converting quotations into confirmed bookings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in FIT quotations with a Europe DMC or outbound travel company:
- Strong destination knowledge of Europe (UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, etc.)




- Experience handling customized Europe FIT itineraries:
- Excellent costing and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and quotation software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
- Prior experience with Europe B2B DMCs:
- Knowledge of rail passes, city cards, and Europe sightseeing products:
- Understanding of visa requirements and travel documentation:
- Customer-centric and detail-oriented approach
