Sales Executive Profile for Selling UV Systems to Water Treatment OEMs in North India
A Sales Executive having experience in Water Treatment OEMs in North India should have a blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Water Treatment OEMs & end customers in North India.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM decision-makers.
- Understand OEMs' needs and tailor UV system solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for the sales & service team to ensure customer satisfaction and product effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts & close deals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Should be Science Graduate OR Engineering..
- Technical Background: Understanding Water, Waste water treatment & their components. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.



Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales 2-5 years, preferably in water treatment or water treatment components selling. Knowledge of UV disinfection systems and related technologies is a plus
- Communication Skills: Robust ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and rapport with OEM decision-makers.
- Problem-Solving: Capacity to understand OEM challenges and propose UV system solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with water treatment OEM operations, trends, and challenges in North India.
- Target Industries: Municipal water treatment, Building Segment, industrial wastewater treatment, Food & Beverage and pharmaceutical water purification.
