Must-have Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Proficiency in 3D software such as:
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Enscape/Lumion / V-Ray
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to independently handle a project from start to finish
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle interior projects end-to-end (design to execution)
- Client handling: requirement gathering, design presentations, and approvals
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings (layouts, working drawings, execution drawings)
- Create 3D designs and walkthroughs
- Use Enscape for realistic 3D visualization and client presentations
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure quality, timelines, and design accuracy at site.
