Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Radon India Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, providing information about our products/services, booking appointments, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Generate sales inquiries and appointment bookings for the sales team.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a courteous manner.
- Explain product details, pricing, and services offered by Radon India.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure updates on lead status.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and appointments set.
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Required Skills:
- Friendly and positive attitude on calls.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Positive listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
