Restaurant Steward / Server (Multicuisine)

Location: Phase-7, Mohali

Salary: Rs. 11,000/- to Rs.15,000/- (depending upon working capability and handling skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and energetic Steward to join our front-of-house team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality dining experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicuisine setting, possessing a deep knowledge of our diverse menu to provide excellent recommendations and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests promptly; provide water and menus with a professional demeanor.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of our multicuisine menu (including ingredients and preparation styles) to answer guest questions and upsell specials.
- Table Management:



Serve food and drinks efficiently; perform "table maintenance" by clearing empty plates and refilling drinks throughout the meal.
- Side Work: Perform opening and closing duties, including polishing cutlery, folding napkins, and ensuring the dining area is spotless.
- Billing: Prepare accurate bills and process payments (cash/card) efficiently.
- Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen team (Commi/Chefs) to ensure food is served at the correct temperature and in the right order.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a restaurant or hotel (multicuisine experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of guests.
- Soft Skills: A warm, hospitable personality with a strong "guest-first" mindset.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously during busy lunch or dinner rushes.
- Appearance: Must maintain high standards
