QA cum Trainer - BPO
- Evaluate agents using QA scorecards:
- Check compliance (scripts, policies, SOPs, regulatory rules)
- Identify process gaps & recurring agent errors:
- Share call audits & feedback with agents and team leads
- Prepare weekly/monthly QA reports:
- Support calibration sessions with Ops & Clients
Trainer Responsibilities
- Conduct current hire training (NHT):
- Run product, process & soft-skills training:
- Handle refresher & remedial training based on QA findings
- Coach agents on:
- Communication & call control
- Customer handling & empathy
- Objection handling & escalation
- Create/update training materials (PPTs, SOPs, quizzes)
- Support floor coaching & nesting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
