Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive / Lighting Consultant to represent a premium decorative and architectural lighting experience.
The role involves consulting clients, understanding their design requirements, and offering tailored lighting solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

You will work with qualified leads (no cold calling), primarily architects, interior designers, builders, and walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads to understand lighting and design requirements
- Provide consultative sales support for decorative and architectural lighting solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders
- Handle client interactions via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and showroom walk-ins
- Conduct site visits or invite clients to experience lighting displays
- Close high-value sales and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery
- Ensure regular follow-ups and high client satisfaction post-sale




- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in lighting, premium products, furniture, electronics, or other high-value product categories
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and earn
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals
- Willingness to learn technical and design aspects of lighting
