The Role

As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of Maclura Pharmaceuticals. Your primary goal is to meet with doctors and healthcare professionals in and around Indore to promote our product range and ensure our brand is their preferred choice for prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Visits: Conduct daily visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce our brand and products.
- Product Promotion:



Effectively communicate the advantages and USPs of our medicines to healthcare providers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors and retail pharmacists.
- Market Feedback: Keep track of competitor activity and provide feedback to the team.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly prescription and sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Pharm, B.Sc, or BBA/B.Com preferred).
- Experience:Freshers are highly encouraged to apply:
- Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills are a must. You should be fluent in Hindi and have a working command of English.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of pharmacology or the pharmaceutical industry is a significant plus.
- Position open for both MALE/FEMALE.
