Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and usability across all digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, marketing creatives, logos, and launcher icons as required.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing mobile apps, websites, and panels.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.:
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.:




- Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.:
- Knowledge of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create marketing and social media creatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with developers and understanding of basic front-end concepts.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
