Job Title: Machine Operator (CNC Router & Multi Boring)

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage CNC Router and Multi Boring machines efficiently
- Read and understand production drawings, cutlists, and job cards
- Set up machines, tools, and materials as per production requirements
- Ensure accurate cutting, drilling, and machining as per specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production quality standards and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with production supervisors and quality teams to meet deadlines
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain daily production records and machine logs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC Router and Multi Boring machines:
- Experience in interior / furniture / modular manufacturing is mandatory
- Good knowledge of machining processes, tools, and materials (ply, MDF, boards, laminates, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and cutlists
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure
- Team player with a responsible and disciplined work attitude
- Experience in interior factories or modular furniture units
- Familiarity with production software / CNC programs is an added advantage
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
