Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professionally qualified Male GNM Nurse to provide high-quality bedside care. You will be responsible for clinical monitoring, administering treatments, and assisting doctors during medical procedures while ensuring a safe and empathetic environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities1.

Clinical Care & Monitoring
- Vitals Tracking: Regularly check and record temperature, pulse, BP, and respiratory rate (TPR/BP).
- Medication: Administer oral medications and injections (IV, IM, Sub-cutaneous) as prescribed by the doctor.
- Wound Care: Perform dressings, bandage changes, and assist in minor surgical procedures.
- Technical Skills: Handle medical equipment such as oxygen cylinders, suction machines, nebulizers, and ECG machines.

2. Patient Management
- Admission/Discharge: Assist in the smooth admission of new patients and prepare documentation for discharge.
- Bedside Care: Assist weak or bedridden patients with hygiene, feeding, and positioning to prevent pressure sores (bedsores).
- ICU/Emergency: (If applicable) Monitor critical parameters,



manage ventilators, and respond immediately to "Code Blue" or emergency situations.

3. Documentation & Coordination
- Nursing Notes: Maintain transparent, accurate, and up-to-date patient files and nursing charts.
- Shift Handover: Give and receive a detailed report at the end of each shift to ensure continuity of care.
- Stock Management: Keep track of medicines and surgical supplies in the ward.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Registration: Must have a valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers are welcome, but ICU/OT experience is a plus).
- Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in IV cannulation and catheterization.
- Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS).

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Physical stamina for 8-12 hour rotational shifts (including night shif
