Role Overview

To deliver high-quality Political Science and Legal Studies education aligned with the CBSE curriculum, foster critical thinking, civic awareness, and analytical skills, and inspire senior secondary students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based Political Science and Legal Studies lessons for Grades 11 and 12.
- Student Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student understanding, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.
- Curriculum Implementation: Implement the CBSE curriculum effectively, ensuring alignment with board standards.
- Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including English language learners, students with disabilities, and gifted students.




- Student Support Deliverables:
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students struggling with topics such as political theory, governance, law, and contemporary issues.
- Conduct extra help sessions outside of regular class hours.
- Sponsor a Political Science or Legal Studies club, debates, or workshops to enhance student engagement and practical understanding.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Student Feedback: 80% positive feedback from students through structured feedback forms.
- Parent’s Feedback: 80% positive feedback from parents via periodic surveys.
- Syllabi Completion: 100% of prescribed syllabus to be completed and documented.
- Improvement of Students: Each student should show at least a 10% improvement from initial to subsequent assessments.
- Academic Performance: At least 50% of students should score above 75% in internal exams and board assessments.
